When I asked my long-time client, a renowned Moscow architect, about my main value proposition, he responded:

All the issues related to the logistics, installation, deadline management I solve by myself and at my expense.

Issues resolving examples:

We approved the glossy marble countertop with the architect. But when it arrived, he said he wanted a matte one.

I could have said, “Sorry, but here's an agreed glossy sample,” and in fact I would have been right.

But I just called a polisher, who made the countertop matte in a day.

We ordered fabrics from England, and one of the cars was detained in Belarus at customs.

We calculated how long the official resolving would take – we are running of time of the delivery of the project.

But I found an identical fabric in Moscow with the help of my acquaintances.

The factory made a mistake and sent us a model of the table slightly different from the required one. I ordered the right one at my own expense.
At the time of delivery, the original one was at the facility, the difference was not fundamental for the customer.

But the designer needed to do a photo shoot with the exact same table. That’s why I found the identical one in Moscow and rented it for a day.

I create a catalogue with samples for the designer to coordinate the finishing materials with the customer.

My main income is furniture.

But I provide the projects of my designers with all the items they need, I find at a good price:
